Hi It is Me: Thinking about Politics and Business (POLIBIZ).

Hi I am a 39 year old father of two living in Syracuse New York. I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration and have worked in the fields of finance, accounting and the Federal Government for the past 17 years. I recently was laid off from a job with the US Department of Homeland Security here in Syracuse. I have a lot to say about the way the Government operates and about business and careers. Did you know that Government employees want us to believe they are overpaid when in fact I received a 30% pay increase when I started working for the Government, with less responsibility. I am know working as a contractor for a large utility company in Syracuse and finding the culture quite different. More to come after the weekend.
